Data deletion
DNA 8 Ball has no player accounts on a server. Everything the game knows about you, including your name and picture if you signed in with Google or Facebook, is stored only on your device. We have nothing to delete on our side, and you can delete it all yourself:
1. Delete the game data on your device
- In the game, open Settings → Account & legal → Sign out. This removes your name, picture and account ID from the device.
- Then tap Settings → Reset progress to erase your progress.
- Or clear this site's data in your browser (site settings → clear data / storage). This removes everything, including the consent record.
2. Remove the game from your Facebook account
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find DNA 8 Ball and tap Remove. Facebook stops sharing your information with the game.
3. Remove the game from your Google account
- Open your Google Account, then Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services.
- Choose DNA 8 Ball and tap Delete all connections.
4. Sign in with Apple (if you used it)
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, choose DNA 8 Ball and stop using it.
5. Ask us
